The Employment Appeal Tribunal considers whether the Employment Tribunal made an error of law. It is not a general rehearing of the facts of the case.

Other jurisdiction

The Tribunal also deals with appeals and applications involving the Central Arbitration Committee and Certification Officer where legislation provides that route.
