The Employment Tribunal hears employment disputes within United Hampshire State jurisdiction.
What the Tribunal deals with
The Tribunal may hear claims concerning dismissal, probation, workplace treatment, discrimination, deductions from pay or equivalent reward and other employment disputes where the law gives it jurisdiction.
Before making a claim
The normal route includes any internal appeal or review that applies and Acas early conciliation before a claim proceeds to the Employment Tribunal.

Appeals on points of law are heard by the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
